1. There is a 180-day warranty on all repairs. We will offer free service if the same problem reappears during this period.

2. Appointment confirmations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't, your service might be rescheduled or cancelled.

3. On-site evaluations may incur a diagnostic fee, which will be waived if you choose to carry out the suggested repairs.

4. For repairs, only authentic and superior parts will be utilized. Before moving forward, the customer will be informed of and given their approval for any additional part costs.

5. If customers give at least 12 hours' notice, they can reschedule or cancel appointments without incurring penalties. There might be a fee for late cancellations.

6. During the service visit, customers are in charge of making sure they have access to the TV and the surrounding areas. The repair procedure could be delayed by any obstacles.
